Already got him one of those but would prefer a spare wheel

Just bought a 2001 Micra 1.0 for my son but it hasn't got a spare wheel. I'm busy trolling the scrapyards in the North East but struggling, do wheels from any other cars fit e.g. Clio? Can anyone help. Thanks
