I will be fitting a decent headunit to my K10 sometime soon. Before I do this I want to cut the old connector and wire in an ISO plug. Does anyone have a list of the wires, their colours and what they do so I can connect it up correctly to the ISO plug? Thanks

Hi there I have been told I need a new wing to be able to pass MOT. Does anyone have a good passengers side one in white for a 1990ish K10 they can sell? Or even a freebee:blush: Also, I may be looking for a good bootlid in future as min has plenty of rot. Does anyone have?

K10 lowering springs on buypartsby.co.uk are quite cheap, £56 I think

Strange, they said it could take 4-6 hours. Only reason I wanted to use these guys is because they did a good job on the accident damaged almera GTI I used to have. I'll see if I can get it done cheaper elsewhere then :grinning:

I patched up that rusty area today and checked the rest of the car for rot. Guess what!! I found a badly corroded area on the osr outer sill. Looks like I am going to need some welding done as I can almost stick my hand in there! It seems this was caused by a previous welding job on the inner...

I'll put it on my ramps tomorrow and check the sills :grinning:

Ok. I'm picking up the K10 tonight. I have also booked the MOT for saturday. Any tips to make sure it gets through MOT ok? Are there any specific things I should look out for on the K10?
