Yes, it's the rubber hose connected to the part (a Renault badged item) "4" in the supplied exploded view. The hose is held with a spring clip (at the top end at least) but the main dealer says that it can only be ordered as part of the 'complete' unit. By the price I presume they mean the rest...
Ordinarily, you can expect to be fleeced by the dealer but when the item is a clearly detachable rubber hose and I am told I need to pay for the rest of the engine in order to get it as "it doesn't come separately" (!!!!!!!!!!!) it hurts just that little bit more :(
