The shell I have has already had the drivers side engine mount moved forward, and we're using the 4-speed K10 box, so hopefully it should all fit nicely. I'm sure something will go wrong though.

You might be better off building the turbo conversion around that auto block. It might not make much difference, but those are semi-closed deck so stronger than normal. Plus you can bolt it all on and swap it round quickly.

Looking good. Did you get around to de-chroming the front grilles? Most people paint them black but personally I really think colour coding them looks best, especially if you change them out for mid-facelift ones, which sit flush with the bonnet.
