its a face-lift model but my stereo screen doesnt adjust it slides out then flips up from the bottom so it would need to be angled towards the floor almost to not hit the vents

so i recently owned a corsa c and had this flip out stereo and was hoping to fit in my micra but i think the air vents would stop it from going all the way up anyone know where i could get a fascia to fix the problem?
