Thanks for all your help guys. The car has been in the garage all week while my gf was on holiday so hopefully it has dried out and she can test it in the rain now.

Where about are these pics in your blog. Would be good to see them in context. I have sealed up the car and poured water over. Cant see any obvious leaks in, but I will still do the sunroof mod.

This is what I have done to try and eliminate the possibility that the leak is from the bottom of the windscreen: Next plan is to seal the plastic clip in part so that the water can't get past it in the first place. What did you do on yours pollyp?

Today is the first chance I have had to have a proper look. I have lifted the floor and the soundproofing is soaked. I cant see any holes on the floor so I'm ruling that out. I want to investigate your suggestion more pollyp, but I cant see any of the photos in your blog. Has anyone got pictures...

It does have a sunroof but its dry as a bone. I will need to check the sills this weekend. Pollyp the car is a 98. Thanks for the info, I will also check this at the weekend. Hopefully something simple.

As it says in the title. The floor in my girlfriends micra was pretty damp yesterday after some very heavy rain. So she would have been driving through puddles and standing water etc. Is there any common faults that I should know about? Otherwise any ideas on what the cause might be? Thanks

Was there ever a K11 facelifted micra that had a cupholder? I have searched on ebay to find a replacement dash etc that has one, but all I could find was this which I think is for the pre-facelift...

The 3rd brake light on my 98 micra isn't working. I have changed the bulb, the fuse isn't blown and there appears to be no other issues. Any ideas?

I have just bought a 1.0 K11 as a project car and I am very interested in turbo charging it. Is there anywhere you can buy a complete turbo kit rather than sourcing all the bits individually? Any general advice appreciated also. Thanks

Just carried out a service and a couple of mods on my gfs micra having bought it on Friday. My first question is: I used 5W-30 Castrol Oil. Is this viscosity ok? 2nd question: I have changed all the instrument lights to blue LEDs as well as the heater controls. They are all working...

Ah well I have already ordered the cheaper kit. Will be interesting to see what they are like when they arrive, if they look like they are crap quality then I wont use them.
