i'd like to think your standard battery will do you fine, its really only powering your amps because your amps power your subs and componets, a few footwell neons won't make much difference either. mine has been running grand for a year and its putting out 144db's on it also.

for a rough idea on what your standard battery can handle mine runs a 1600w amp and a 600w amp with no bother although it is a new standard battery, so what you got planned for the bootbuild.

i didn't think it was possible to buy anything other than 35mil drop springs, but you have nothing to worry about mine are missing a few coils with uprated and shortened kyb gas shocks to make up for it, scary how well it handles haha.

nex - never thought of that before would u just go from the top of each bumper and miss part of the arch or do the curved part of the arch and just level it off with the height of the bumpers thx, ems - not to sure how much its lowered altho they started off 35mm springs, seems coilovers don't...

has anybody meshed their front bumper i have been thinking about this for ages but not sure what it will turn out like, im talking about the bit under the number plate with the 1 horizontal bar and like 10 sets of vertical ones, if anyone has any pictures it would be nice to see them. cheers

you don't need to remove the raised section in the floor to get a low seat, you can put the seat at a slight tilt, i got mine done a few months ago nd its great any lower and i couldn't see altho i already find it hard sometimes espically to see kerbs lol, i cud get you a few pics of the frame...

james - thx mate it took abit of balls to get it done that low, coilovers if only its a set of 35m drop tein springs cut with a set of kyb gas shocks does the job rightly will holds round a corner like nothing else, thanks type r just tryed tp go abit different will be doing a few other things...

just to make you all feel better over here in northern ireland i payed £2540 for my first year insurance tpft an extra 500 for fully comp and thats no mods declared and i was 18 also so figure that one out lol, its due again in a few months so im hoping it will drop a fair bit.
