Hello, I reside in the flat open prairies known as Saskatchewan, Canada. I have been stalking this site for some time and have finally decided to join. I own a 1989 Nissan Pao that has a transplanted ma12 engine in it. The conversion was fairly easy considering the Nissan body was built on a Micra frame. But it's high time I tried something new. I purchased a Nissan pulsar nx se that came with 2 CA18DET first gen motors, the car came stock with a CA16DE. And after searching the web for answers found that I would need to find a CA18DE motor and trans to make my turbo 1.8l transplant worth while. So after great consideration I've decided to transplant the 1.6 into the pao and wait till I can come up with the rest of the parts and build a 1.8 turbo pulsar. I'm sure it's been done before but figured if there was any community that could help along the way it would be this one.
