That's the actual throttle body....I've found that and I've found non-bosch but was is supposedly suitable mass air flow meter's for my car as well. It's some instructions on how to take it apart I am looking for.

I have a K11 (2001, X reg), automatic, 1.4litre. It's defiantly the mass air flow sensor that's causing the problem. I've found that I can buy a MAF and that other people have changed it themselves. But can't seem to find anywhere any like instructions/directions on how to do this. Any advice...
