Just to update you, replacing the downstream sensor fixed it. The error has not re-occured and the car is purring like a kitten. If you get a failure on O2 Bank1 Sensor1, don't waste your money replacing it, replace Sensor2 - the one after the CAT instead and you'll be fine. Nik
