    A Pao with a snapped cambelt mine snapped last night, appears a cam shalf seal had gone leaking oil onto the belt, so the cam belt only lasted 30K or 20 months. How easy it to swap the engine over? For what its going to cost in parts for valves etc, could I just go for an MA12 from K10...

    Thought I'd show you my fifty quid alloys fitted to my Pao. Used to belong to a BMW 2002 if you are looking for a different type of wheel on your K10. You just have to be careful with your centrebore but et22 14x6 fit a Pao OK.

    Well someone has to admit to having one, planning ahead for mine and thinking about an engine swap have read the forum and not seen if anyone has done a Rover K series engine conversion would if be feasible or would I be best going for a Nissan sourced engine? Currently the PK10 is lowered...
