I had money nicked off me through PayPal recently, not from eBay but from a certain domain registrar with 123 in its name. Anyway, they refused to refund me but opening a dispute with PayPal got me a refund in 24 hours. Since this is eBay, just open a dispute on there and explain the messages...

Not a big fan of those wheels, and I assume it rises up when you actually need to drive it, but yeah, I think that looks quite cool TBH :P

Is there any point in declaring wheels anyway? If they have to look at the car you can always swap them back to the stock ones. Though, from what I see here, insurers don't tend to up the premium by much for wheels, so you might as well just in case.

Yeah I'm definitely gonna declare anything I do to my car, don't wanna end up #### creek without a paddle if I need to claim.
