+1 I would say your battery is fragged once they get dragged down below 85% capacity generally they will not recover full charge. sometimes with a lead acid you can gently trickle charge them but from your comments I would say it's new battery time

TBH the panels are not mint/headlights have now gone I have the bonnet wings and grille could do them for £50 collected

Check the ncvt fuse also drop out the brush pack and check that for wear
