Just a bit of advice on this one... how do I get the unit off? Under the housing there are two bolts at the front - that's fine. But then the back end appears to be welded on or something... is there an easy way of getting the whole thing off?
Ok, so further to an earlier thread, I'm thinking I might fix my "snapped gear selector" issue with a new unit from a breaking car. Have found one cheap enough... but I want to know, is this an easy transplant?
As in, can I just unbolt the whole unit (stick/selector etc) and bolt another one in...

Any ideas on fixing this one?!
So the auto lever on my 1994 SLX K11 broke off today... and I mean like actually snapped off.
Took the housing off to look inside and the metal has snapped off where it connects the base of the lever to a little cylindrical black dealy.
Any idea whether this can be fixed, or whether it needs a...
I'll take the boot strut brackets thanks!
If you let me know how to pay, and how much (inc postage), I'll send the payment and postage details.
Cheers,

Hi all,
Really need a set of boot strut brackets (the ones that fix the struts to the boot lid, via two bolts on the boot and a little ball slotting in to the strut).
Can anyone help out?
Thanks,
J
Any chance you're still selling off parts?
Could badly do with a set of brackets for the boot struts (the end that fixes the strut the boot lid).
If so, do drop me a message...! Thanks
