Hi Guys, I want to turbo my 5door K11. I want help and advice as how to go about it. At present I'm running an induction kit and a cat back 2.25 system with an Apexi back box. The car sounds awesome and is now more responsive. It even pops on deceleration at certain revs. Lowered on TEIN springs...

Agreed! Spoke to Ed of Fussion Motorsport today and he says that the CG13 airflow meter is no good for turbo applications? Only good for about 110brake! What have others here used?

Been trying to contact mckenziecz, but no joy :( Need to get the flange done as everything else is bought and ready to be fitted :) Isn't the exhaust gasket in 2peices, is so then sending just gaskets won't work!

Still looking for the manifold flanges, if anybody knows somebody who can cut them out or from where they can be got from.

I've just got myself a Starlet Exhaust Manifold. I now need the exhaust flanges cut so I can bolt it to my Micra, but where/who can do this for me? Help please guys.

Crankcase vapours are sent back to the induction side to be burnt and be made less harmful to help polution, but reduces engine efficiency depending howmuch vapours your engine produces. Let it vent to atmosphere and plant a tree to offset your polution ;)

Brilliant work M8, wish I had the patience to do as much. That's the reason I went for a clean car ;)

Grommet of appropriate diameter available from any hardware store.
