Has anybody lightened their flywheels? Or can you buy a lightened flywheel anywhere???

Can anyone help me with my alternator wiring?! There are 2 spade type connectors on the alternator......where do they go to?!

Apparently there 4 different manufactures of starter motor, the main problem is that the starter motor rubs very slightly against the drive belt! Apparently denso make a long thin starter!

Hi all! Well, the hovercraft is now painted and ive just dropped in the k10 engine......however, the starter motor ive bought seems to be too long! Does anyone know if there are different types of starter or are they all standard size etc??

I have 2 studs and a blade connector, so are you saying that only one of the studs should be positive and the other not used?

Am i correct in assuming that the stud closest to the starter motor is the positive?

Ive used halfords black enamel paint, bake in oven for 30 mins turns out nicely!

When i put mine on i had to push it and tighten nut at the same time to get the tension right for the cam belt! Haynes says something like 0.5kg pressure on belt max deflection and couple of millimetres!

Ok ive think ive got the valve but it isnt threaded!!! Its also got a nissan emblem and possibly a part number! I think ill go down the scrappy and pinch one!

Has anyone got a picture of this valve at all? I have got a non return looking valve which i suspect is the PCV valve!

Where does the oil breather pipe on the otherside go? And does it include a non return valve?!Does it form part of the inlet manifold?

Right, haynes is the most useless manual ive ever used, so, does anyone have a copy of a k10 Illustrated Parts Catalogue?? At the moment im trying to figure out how the cooling system goes together and why there are so many pipes going into the manifold! Can anyone out there help?!

Happy Xmas to one and all firstly! Secondly.......does anybody have any pictures or diagrams for the MA10 cooling system? Trying to put engine back together again and im not sure how the cooling system should run. Should the overflow tank be connected to the radiator overflow?? And the inlet...
