I can borrow a timing gun from college and so I turn the dissy towards the back of the car?

Do I advance the timing through the dissy or by the cams and if so by how much?

I've read sonewhere that the cg can take 150bhp on standard internals but need stronger internals to go above that

Mine are the 14 steels but you're probably best getting a panhard rod on safe side, you can run without one but I think Its best to get one bright spark racing do them at £55
