This sounds like your clutch may have gone. I had the exact same problem with my Micra and I had actually been driving it with a broken clutch! I would go and get the clutch checked out as you may need a new one fitted. Hope this helps :)

Hi there. Does anyone know why my clutch is incredibly springy? Is this standard on Micras? I bought a new clutch about 4months ago and it seemed fine until recently. I'm not sure if it's something i'm doing wrong or not! Thanks! :grinning:
