what do you mean different pinouts ive just purchased a 1.3 non nats ecu off ebay 50 quid :O will it not plug in and be fine

cant de immobilize the 1.3 ecu because the tranponder plug is different on the 1.0 harness can i get a 1.3 non nats ecu plug it in and work ??

will it harm the engine running a 1.3 on a 1.0 ecu because looking into it the 1.3 transponder plug is different to the p reg 1.0 transponder so cannot plug the 1.3 transponder in to de imoblize the ecu to start the car thanks
