Thanks for the responses guys, Unfortunately I don't have a Peter Lloyd near me and not enough time to travel, but I will post the results of the powerflow on friday hopefully.

After recently finding out I had a leak in my back box and looking at the state of my exhaust i'm looking for an upgrade. I'm thinking about heading down to tweeks to get a cat back powerflow system, I was wondering if anybody has had any experience with these before? I have a 1.3l k11 1997...
