I've got a ca18 tb on mine, reason for fitting was...i'd installed an sr20 maf and didn't want the stock tb having the maf in the way so swapped it out for something more open. Plus it was a bit of an experiment. Seems to make some difference for normal driving but under boost i doubt it makes...

You could give it a once over for vac leaks. Easiest place to start before you buy other bits. :)

If you wanted a 190mm flywheel, Alloy Race Components (in Aus) used to make rebuild-able micra flywheels at 3.2kg's iirc (i bought a few for UK members a good few years ago and have one in mine, very nice bit of kit and top guys at the shop). I'd assume they could still make you one up as they...

I'd dismantle what you can and then get a garage to do the bearing for you. Assuming you have sockets etc. Though i do like taking stuff apart :D Its not that hard to take apart the gearbox, as it all pretty much goes together in only one way...you just need to make sure you take a few pics. :)

Mine used to do that, but after i had removed the tank and filler then refitted it later on. (this was part of the build, wasnt done just for the hell of it lol), the problem has seemed to go away. I can only assume it was the vent hose that had something up with it, maybe excessively pinched...

You do notice the difference, as the vibration does get transfered through the cabin (as you'd expect). Personal opinion will determine if you feel its excessive or not. :)

Aspect make a set also...which is where i bought mine from. You've gotta run some serious mods to get them on properly (if you wanna run wide wheels and be lowered), front and rear arches need cutting into or you'll have a decent sized lip that will limit your options. :)
