    Hi it doesn't sound like a throttlebody failing however you could try adjusting the idle screw with an alun key.     Yes it would all work, Both the cg10de and cg13de have exactly the same heads, Its just the bottom ends that are different. Remember don't mix and match the coil pack with distributors. Paul
