Use a multimeter on resistance setting. Unwire both terminals of the battery, place one lead on the 0v battery lead and the other on various parts of the car. If the resistance is very low then there is no need to upgrade the wiring. I know you might think its been made on a budget but there...

Place a piece of metal between the intake and extractors to act as a heat shield? Cant have those extractors covered!!

You could leave the secondary cat in as removing it will not increase power much or remove the material inside so it still looks like a cat. The entrance and exit on the stock are very big, its the rest of the exhaust that restricts. I have a feeling a high flow cat for a pulsar,skyline or...

Hoses look great. Sorry dont know of anywhere that will chrome the cover. As its alu you could try sand blasting and a polish? Would be a longer lasting finish I should think...?

Blue rad hoses? I have some second hand ones for sale unless you have already paid...
