    They are called serrated edge nuts most fastener shops sell them for a around 50 cents each

    They are glued in so you cann't just put in with a bit blind cord or pop it out, you have to cut it out

    15 by 7.5 plus thirty with 185/55's they fit with a lip roll just cann't go to low or they scrub on big bumps but other wise they fit.
