what cam can I get

I was going to put a different engine in the car like a 1.3 or 1.6 but plans have changed going to keep and rebuild the 1.0 8v ....plans so far is lighting flywheel and 4 speed box port and polish the head is there any more that I am missing out on ...

What is the best shocks and springs to put in the back of the micra

I just got a k10 and the back wheels ar rubbing does the shocks and springs need to be done

i dont know what to do its a 1ltr at the min ...i was thinking off a 1.6 or a 2.0ltr to drop into her
