UPDATE: I got a distributor, all thanks to the great davyboy. First up first time, so would be a good start with a new dizzy

I have the exact same issue with my k11, no spark, not tried any relays or anything, i'v going to try a new distributor and see if it fires up, will let you know how it goes

Right, i tried again by taking 1 plug out (connected to ht lead) earthed the plug with some booster leads to battery, didn't see a spark on it. Do you think the dizzy it self has gone, or should i replace the whole unit with the ca and rotor arm and leads?

Hi, the part number on the dizzy is 42537n 22100-99b04 i think leads go directly onto the dizzy through the cap the picture is of my civic I had (first car )

Mine is february 2000, which is exactly the change over i think, although after a bit of research, it appears i have the one pre 2000 In regards to the price, is that best you can do, i'm trying to diagnose an issue i have and am not sure if this will fix it :(

Thanks for the reply, I haven't tried that, but what would be the reason for that, if it's in regards to the fuel not reaching the engine, i'm pretty sure it is getting there, when i crank the car, plugs become wet. I tried taking the plugs out and kept them connected to the leads, i didn't see...
