Got the same type of Radio/dash in my 04 micra & never had to remove the door trim or the pillar. 2 screws under radio 2 screws under plastic cover above the comp 1 x 10mm bolt under dash top - i just put a flat screw driver under the dash & it popped up enough to get bolt off & back on
