lambda socket size

Hi guys, you may have read my post a few days ago in "what did you do to your micra today?" Well i'm trying to now get the lambda out the exhaust system im cleaning up but need to know the size of the "slit socket" I need. is it a standard 22mm? Or some other size?

Also if you guys dont mind me asking, are the upstream and downstream sensors both the exact same part or are they different and non interchangeable on the k11? Got it out btw with just a 22mm normal spanner and one hand. Couldnt believe my eyes

the coilpack ones are the later 4 wire type marc, with a different plug/connector, and yes interchangeable i believe
