just to do some minor repair work was woundering if anyone had a guide or knows where guides are just to fill afew little cracks and smooth a bumper off.
cheers

bumpers are plastic and repairs are better done with item removed and.......using an old soldering iron heat weld the crack from behind then fill after sanding the affected area first........you will if the crack is large have to drill a hole at each end of crack to prevent it from traveling further.......you can after heat welding from behind sand area with about 6 or 800 grade wet and dry then apply fibre glass to reinforce repair..............

bumper is fibreglass, and finnished with fibreglass filler/hardener, was just woundering how to go about applying filler/hardener to smooth off before painting.

like above repair cracks from behind and use fine filler for outside repair then sand back with 800 grit then again with 1200 until repair is flush and smooth then apply your primer cut back again with 1200 then paint dont worry about orange peel painting as you can wet cut it with 1200 wet and dry and soapy water
