Im getttin some LED washers... Im startin with simpple mods

BUT!
I'd like a switch just for them on the interior... How would I get them wired to the cockpit? Could I feed it through where the ignition wires are...

I think you'll find that the LED type washers are illegal....

You'd want to run a live wire to a switch in the cabin, then the other side of the switch out of a grommet in the bulkhead to the led lights, then earth the led lights to the bodywork.

As far as I know, lighting mods are legal, as long as they're for offroad use..

Which is why I want the switch

Simpler? Trust me, that is simple! You should get a wiring diagram when you buy some

LED washers are legal as long as they are white. They can be wire to your sidelights.

the led washer jets are wired to side lights ie you will have 2 jets so 2 red wires and 2 black wires simple way is.......reds to live side of side lights black to earth car body....easy way to switch is leave reds connected and switch the earth wire

Better to put the switch on the live feed. I would add a fuse too (5amp)

you can still add a inline fuse to red live side simpler to switch earth than live as you have less wire involved. isint the interia lights switched this way. via earth

I think they use a relay and a switched earth on the interior light.
