colour change

i know a few people on here have resprayed ther car a different colour,
was just wondering how many of yous have actually told the dvla and insurance? just im looking to repaint mine and was wondering if its desperate need to inform dvla and insurance,

Doing the paperwork is easier than the body prep! Get it changed officially as it's the right thing to do. If you were to have an insurance issue or get stopped for any reason, it's reasonable to assume the discovery of one irregularity could lead to more problems.
