After many miles happy driving today I noticed a slight noise when my car is idleing,when clutch pressed it goes am I right by thinking it's the release bearing?

Frosty Windows inside.well I know it's cold but my 2003 k12 Windows seem to frost up inside,and feels really cold,I know it's cold outside,but has anyone else got this problem!

Parts would cost about,130,lower suspension arm takes about 45 mins to do,oil change well that's easy,it's not overpriced in my opinion,for a garage, and he lends you a car so all is good I think!

Just done my sub it's easy to run cables,and car comes apart in seconds,just want to upgrade back side speakers was thinking putting 10 inch in there,my 12 inch was to big,so put it in a box in boot,sound good,just a few rattles from plastic but we'll happy,for now,
