1991 k10 1.2 gs, stripped out grass track car, bought for engine and gearbox then scrapped, oh shut up it was as rotten as a pear.

1991 k10 1.2 glx, bit of a shed if im honest (no offence anyone, alien10, eathan), bought for engine gearbox and bodykit.

also owned a 1991 BMW 520i but really it was my dads, only owned it for a couple of weeks so he could get round insurance, by owned i mean my name as the registered keeper, lol.

oh and i loaned my brother the money for his 1998 k11 1 liter inspiration, does that count?, lol

lol i got that car for £35 from a mate of mine had no mot or tax, was immacualte not a thing wrong with it absolutly gleaming, took it for an mot and it only need a new back box bargain. lasted a year then gear box and clutch went and eventualy scrapped it.

Lol.. yes, it got a bit silly, I was up to 7 Mk1 Mr2s at one point so I had to sell a few off! I've now only got 2 Mk1s and and a Fiesta runabout but I'm getting itcy feet for another hot hatch.. Possibly looking at Corolla T Sports and then bolting on a supercharger

Did you say once before that one of your STs was originally a March R, Ed?? I seem to recall you saying you had engine # 27 or something like that. If so was that the black one or the white one?

As far as I know he knew full well it needed a (lot) of TLC! I think the car was brought over by Nissan themselves if I remember correctly, the white one is EK10-000021 and I think Ed suggested it was a bit of a prototype ST, when compared with the black one (hence why the VIN number is not even listen in the Nissan FAST Japan EPC).

I'm sure he'll come on and correct anything I got wrong!

Oh, and the engine on the white one is MA09-000051, the joys of the DVLA information! Even if it is a tad inaccurate:

A Nissan Other Saloon?? lol

James got that info correct. The kit is ALL fibreglass not plastic, clearly from prototype mould. It was used for research and development by Nismo Europe, although it had nothing interesting on it when I got hold of it.

And yes I was aware of the state of it when I got it!

Also I did have a big blog on here, but it got ruined when the forum was upgraded and all the pictures lost their links so I gave up on it.

Thanks very much. It took a month from start to finish working on it most days to do that transformation. I am doing it again now but concentrating on the engine this time. When it is all done it should be even better.
