Wobbly suspension HELP!!?

Hi I got a micra k11 1999 I'm looking to either change my suspension or just by the lowering springs. problem 1 if I push down on the bonnet of the car slightly the car bounces like a bouncy castle. Problem 2 there's a little screechy noise on the front drivers side if I go over a speed bumps or turning corners. Problem 3 I'm on a budget and I want to lower the car should I buy brand new lowering springs and just fit them to my shocks or just buy new all round. Which costs quite a bit. Am I better off spending £80 on new strong springs and fitting them to my normaly shocks? Help please if people what pics I will upload if asked cheers guys

If your car is bouncing up and down several times then your shock has gone and needs replacing
