Wire hanging under passenger front seat 3 door k12

Just bought a 2003 micra 3 door

Under the front passenger seat is a cable that is hanging down

I am guessing that it's either been kicked loose by accident or been disconnected for some reason

I think the electric cable that is hanging down is something to do with the airbags

Question is if I reconnect it do I need to disconnect the battery first

Secondary will this cause the airbag warning light to come on

What colour is the connector plug?

The lead main lead comes from the floor under the passenger seat then splits into two. One of the connection goes to the airbag on the outer part of the seat

The connection that is left hanging is a white connector

I can't see where it would plug into given the range it could fit

The other strange thing is non of the warning lights on the dashboard are lit

Not sure what that is for,but is the same on most k12's. On the driver's side the white plug is for the seatbelt plug sensor. Only the brown one you ever need concern over.

Na,guessing it's there for the left hand drive euro models
