Window winder removal.

I need help getting my winder for my my window off to get the doorcard off the car. I fluked one off, but have no idea how I actually did it:doh: Any help would be much appreciated.

You can buy a tool for removing them for a couple of quid.....

Or you can stick a big screwdriver between the winder and black bit and ping the clip out with a small screwdriver.

and make sure you dont loose the clips as i did otherwise they will fall off going round corners etc like my passenger side one did untill i glues it :laugh:

Lol my Micra doesn't need any more of that kind of comedy. Until today I could only get into it from the passenger side door, which isn't that funny until you know I'm nearly 6 and a half feet tall. My mates already call it the clown car I just take that as a compliment on how spacious the interior of these sturdy little cars is:laugh:
