Wide wheels

I've just got a k12 micra and brought some wheels and I was wondering if anyone had fit 9Js before to their micra all around. Picture for attention.

What's the clearance like and are you running spacers and camber these are 15x9 et10 4x100

Tires are 205 50 16. Clearence can be seen in picture, with lowering springs. No spacers and no camber adjustments needed.
