wide-arch tips?

i am the proud owner of a k10 super wessex 1.0L and have got a nice little set of 13" rims to put on but they are to wide to fit (legally), i have had info on rolling the arches/ chop an weld from a different car, but still dont know which have the best results and the prices. i can see that a few members have widened the arches, can anyone with experience lead me in the right direction?

Woah, they must be wide if they extend past the k10 arches as 13's!!! Depends what type of arches would want really. I have saxo D&M rear arches on mine, and XR2 on the front, more for show than legality though as they were legal before on 15's.
