Wheel questions (K11 SuperS)

I've got a K11 Super S with SR Alloys on it. Going to be lowered on Andy's coillies. Got an adjustable panhard rod etc already.

Just wanted to know the offset of the SR Wheel so I can compare my options with that website "willtheyfit" or whatever it's called.
I'll be buying a full set of lightweight wheels. I have to carefully consider the scrub radius too as I have no power steering and want the car to handle the twisties okay.

What's the widest front and widest rear I can get away with?

stock steels are et45, my fondmetal super s alloys are et38, not sure about sr alloys tho
