£170 ish. I think you would be hard pressed to start from scratch and build a car to whatever regs that is built too, harnesses, material for the cage etc. Never mind the time and work stripping and prepping the car - how much is a couple of days worth? Sounds to me like a fairly reasonable way to get a taste of some oval action.

Obviously if you already had materials and suitable harness etc, and the car arrived free than you'd be racing for far less, but someone who is already racing probably wont be interested in buying that.

it would cost more than that in time alone to strip a car, skin it, and build in a roll cage, nevermind buying a base car, and all the other stuff that needs doing like relocating rad etc, if your after a race/grass-track car, you could do alot worse with £170, (obviously if its bent then its not worth it)
