just gone self employed as a joiner but can do brickwork and plaster, done alsorts in past, must have had about 20+ jobs (agencies ) but as for now im a joiner lol

kristian..... are you qualified in anytrade mate?

Fully qualified plasterer now..

When it comes to 'craft' trades we know qualifications dont mean squat..

Because your qualified, it doesn't mean your fast, skilled, clean?..

and visa versa.. You dont have to be qualified to get work.. thew work speaks for itself!..

This is how new plastering SHOULD look!! I Pride myself in my work..

Though my main work is building..

Mostly small stuff.. Double extensions..

Things are looking exciting for the new year though, potentially a new managment job landing me almost double my current wage..

If thats the case.. things are gonna happen a lot quicker with the 2.0 projects! lol

I work as a System's Administrator at a factory that makes electrical harnesses for BMW 3series and Mini Cooper. I am also a student in 4th year (of 5) in Industrial IT & C.

unless your dead...lolo_O

Small bangs.. lol..

Its the 'surprise' of the shock that does the damage..

The jumping out of your skin.. and putting your elbow through a window..

.. The actual electrocuting is like taking a Huge Cane blow to the hand and a really bad dose of pins and needles at the same time..

.. these are never from actually fitting electrics though.. General building, refurbing and fitting involves a lot of undoing other peoples botched work.. and assuming that Existing work was done to a regulation..

^^ just needed to make sure people dont think im some kind of phantom cowboy electrician!! lol ^^

^edit^ - Or BLANKA from Street Fighter 2 Turbo

I'm a 3D dynamic development specialist (designing, modelling, programming, and building 3D apps) for a new company called Spearhead Interactive, who provides online 3D services n solutions for businesses, educational and public sectors that can be played on websites or mobile devices.

I make cool 3D apps that can be used for:

product visualisation (think 3D product viewer on websites)

assembly & training manuals/tools (think 3D flat-pack manuals, or even a 3D parts/suppliers database like a 3D nissan4u.com for Nissan),

interactive architectural modelling & BIM tool (visually toggle through and extract info about every bit of a building and even control smart systems like heating/lighting remotely)

they're online and u can play with em from a pc browser

or for an android device, search for "spearhead interactive" in the play store.

I own bright spark racing. Its teeny weeny tuning garage (along with your everyday garage) its been around about a year and a bit. To be fair its fairly quiet alot of the time on the tuning front.
Main priority for me is introducing road rallying and cheapy grass root motorsports to people

I love my job :) doesnt end up paying me much its still a small place but its an ace place

very recently got a permanent job in retail working for halfords (bike hut) ive been doing track cycling for years and was a courier for cyclone. bikes are second nature to me.

Got tests for British Airways, QinetiQ, and Tata Steel.. Interview for Arriva Trains tomorrow! :)

I'm a Senior Design Engineer for a testing department within a larger company. More emphasis on the cad designing than the engineering at the moment.

just to update mine, I'm no longer a 3D app developer from that startup company, I was basically being used, ripped off from a non-existant salery, overworked and didn't really like it as a long-term job.
now I'm going back to my roots correcting my career and going back into automotive design/engineering/technician, potentially working with andyh701 in his workshop

Just an update to mine too... Just had an offer for the apprenticeship I had an interview for last week!

Only 10-15 mins from home(right next to where dad works) 8-5 with every other Friday off, and very interesting!

Happy happy :)
