what did you do to your micra today ?

Hey mate she's looking good but now you need to get a FHK11 Cab and March AK11 to keep your HK11 company! B-)
On the hunt for another HK11 to be honest! Or an ANK11 but that's just a pipe dream.

Little photo on the way home from work today, I took the new micra for .... Research purposes .. Will post later

These JDM AK11 March goodies arrived in the post for a future build project! Thanks to fellow MSC guys who sold and posted them to me! Ultra rare mint condition AK11 electric folding mirrors and also a pair of AK11 rear light clusters ( best mint condition ones I have seen)! B-)

Today was a happy day spent cleaning the k11. Then with time spare, I got around to fitting my polo splitter. Looks much better. Now its MOT next week, then with luck lowering and wheel refurbishment.

Looks good, which polo splitter did you use? where did you get the headlights I like the lines and Nissan branding.

Spent most of 2day cleaning and detailing the SR's engine bay, once the grime was removed it was in very good condition only slight rust on the front top bar and on the battery tray which I removed treated and re-sprayed. The coolant expansion reservoir bottle is brittle and needs replacing and the battery clamp bar was missing and the 2 horns do not work! A quick inspection of cross member revealed no rust not bad for a 1996 car! B-)

These very rare Micra Sports Club Australia car stickers arrived in the post from Oz today. Thank you Derek Lawrence of the MSC Australia for sending them to me, now the problem is which do I put them on the March Cabriolet, Micra 2003 1.4SE+ or the 1996 SR?? :-?

Replaced the rear shocks for the very technical reason: Summat didn't feel right at the back :D.

Will someone 'like' me please, I'm looking a bit satanic at the moment :p.

Just had mine done, replaced all 4 shocks and 60mm lowering springs. Handles great but bottoms our when I hit pot holes etc
Not good especially when the wheels are half way out of the arches lol

Yesterday my cheap old jack decided to die when I jacked up the front end of the SR to take a peek so today bought a MetalWorks (Teng) 3 ton rated one! Jacked up the front and was pleasantly surprised to see the cross member was in excellent condition so was the inner and outer cv's and boots and also no oil leaks! :) Tomorrow I will hopefully do a engine oil and oil filter change and also replace the spark plugs! Only the front nearside strut needs replacing (will replace both) no hydraulic leaks but makes a loud squeaking noise when compressed and on cornering! :-S

Mot next month so I thought it's time to get busy as there is rarely much to do to 21 year old micra's

4 new flexie brake hoses on and bled up. I didn't know flexies only last three years before the insides rot. You would not believe the difference in the brake response and bite! The car was repiped two years ago so the brake system is probably as good as it can be.
