Weber Carb

K10 Tuner
Hi i have for asle a weber carb, the carb was off of the (i am led to believe) the 1.3 fiestas and escorts, when i bought it, it was fitted to a 1.3 mini.

there is a number on the side of it which reads '26/28TLDM20A1', this can be seen in one of the pics.

PICS..

Not looking for much, make me an offer £££

I dont know mate, a assume if you made an adapter plate it will fit, i bought it for mine (1.2 ma12) but im exploring bike carbs atm, so this is surpless to my requirements, plus i need a bit of extra cash to fund the bike carbs.

cheers scott

with the correct adapter this could fit the k10 ( or you could get one made up easy enough) should be relatively easy to do i would have thought

The only problem I found with the Fiesta/ escort Weber's is the airpans are difficult to find as the hole is so big, but K&N do a bolt on for it.
This would be a nice carb if someone had time to fit it and would give a few extra horses.

only problem is given the size of the carb it wouldst run to well on the standard inlet manifold so a custom inlet would be best, i know bob has used these types of carbs on his cars so no doubt he can help you when it comes to fitting it, no doubt a nice power gain could be had from this!

well thats why i bought it, but im looking into bike carbs as i think that they will give a bigger gain, but there will be more work in it i expect.

not really mate the bike carb manifold and setup should cost you about £230 all in if you but the carbs have the manifold made and carbs setup. for the power gain its well worth the money ;) i can get you the contact number for the guys that made pauls one apparently they are very friendly and helpful chaps. ill ask pauls for the details later tonight if i see him

Is this still for sale?

And if yes, could i get an adaptor plate made up by someone on here?

And is there any changing of pipes to the carb?
