valve guides

hello was just wondering if anyone has ever taken there valve guides out of the head and how they did it.....

p.s. i need to be able to get new ones bake in aswell so how thay did that would be a great help.

whats wrong with the guides? as ive never heard of a k11 that needed new valve guides

no i meen the guides........i think i need to get on the layth and make up a press then heat the head up but i have never done it on a micra and wanted to know if there are any tips or tricks to it.

take it to a machine shop with the right tools, or you will just break the head beyond repair trying it at home
