Turbo manifolds

Been looking around and was wondering what design is the best for performance is it a long tubuler or a short log style .

log for response tubular for power. your not gona see a benifit from a tubular design untill at least 160bhp.
 
Log manifolds are built for durability cost cutting or size. Nothing more. Tubular will be better in every respect possible if done correctly excluding cost.
 
so if i was to have a tubular made what is the optimum length and bore of the headers will be using a cg13de and a t 25
