Trying to replace that heater resistor controler...

Well after searching on these fine forums and great advice from all members, I need to replace the resistor card thing under the glove box.

Now the only thing is, how the hell do i get under there? all i see is one screw at the bottom left. i seem to be able to feel the black motor but that's it. Do i have to remove the whole of the glove box and if so is there some clips for this?

Any advice appreciated.

First of all, get some light in there and move the passenger seat all the way back, you actually need your head in the footwell to see what you're doing. Find the wires that come out of the motor and follow them to a brown plug, unscrew the screw on each side of this plug (you can unplug it first, if you like) and pull the lot out. That's the resistor card.
