Trouble with immobilizer...

Hi,
i'm having pretty bad trouble with the immobilizer of my K11 at the moment, for the last few weeks it sometimes took up to 15mins to get it unlocked, now it won't start at all... I changed both batteries on the fob's but still dosn't work, that stupid led just keeps on flashing. I called some nissan dealers to get the fob's re-programmed but they all want me to bring the car into the shop which is sort of impossible at the moment. The immoblizer is NATS1, i already checked it out, maybe somebody of you guys knows how to remove/bypass it!?

a mate disabled my nats1 on my previous k11, but i,m afraid i dont now what he did :wasntme: (iirc he doctored a little black box in front of the ecu)

What sort of key or fob have you got?
