Towing?

Hi All,

On Boxing day I needed a tow out of a thick muddy field and had a problem as my car doesn't have its towing ring attached to the under body shell. Does anyone know where I can get one from apart from Nissan direct and if I were to find a K11 2002 model in a breakers yard can you unbolt it or is wielded in place? If you wondered how I got out of the mud I remembered that in boot I had a pair of mud/snow plastic tracks to put under the front wheels and they worked very well & if you do employ these tracks attach them to the rear of the car so you don’t forget them.

rear is welded in place, front is held on with 3 bolts (found that out when i had to remove mine for my import bumper)

Three points on the front, and one on the back. Have to dig around to find the front ones. Will be amazed if they are not there...

you can order to Nissan official store but first, find that on Amazon or eBay, a few weeks ago I ordered a tow eye from eBay, for my trailer which I use for towing roadside assistance nyc, working perfect for me.

K11 don't have tow screws and are illigal to have while on the road (metal object protruding from the car )
