Urgg, spent about 5 hours today trying to get the suspension off an Aygo to fit lowering springs.Didn't even manage to because the strut bearings wouldn't come off, what a ball ache!
If you ever buy an Aygo/C1/106 (i.e. have taken complete leave of your senses) and decide to lower it, fit new shocks/springs/topmounts all in one go or you'll just break down in tears...

Turd and polish comes to mind.
Some people spend big bucks and have an impressive mod list. Then you see it's the 89HP 1.4 and they could have got the 1.8 easily for much less than what they spent on the 1.4 in a MONTH.

I expected the MB scene to be a little more sophisticated since it's not your typical b16 EK EG .
There are a few good people and some decent builds. But more garish 17 inch wheels with comical ride height and big spoilers.
The Aerodecks are awesome, wish I got one
