yeah but same for england, you go into parts of manchester and you couldnt walk down the street without being shot,
its not americans as a whole is it, its the small minded imbred part of america but as i say same goes for every country,
i think people on here are being a little small minded
I agree with you there, its
not all Americans. Just to make it clear I met some wonderful people over there, not just idiots.
And I agree with you that if you drove around rough areas of Manchester or any large city with cars with "Man love is good" scrawled on the side, then you'll probably get some abuse.
But not to the level they had or over as much of an area. I mean, they drove across the south eastern quarter of the united states, an area the size of most of western Europe.
I do think that Americans
in general can be excessively ignorant, I don't think that's an unfair comment to make and that's just because the country is so enormous and so powerful that they simply don't need to know about anyone, or anywhere that isn't like themselves until it effects them.
Which is why if you go to a state like Alabama, and you don't behave like everyone else in Alabama, then you end up getting rocks thrown at you because a lot of people in Alabama haven't even ventured outside their own state, let alone their own country so feel threatened by anything unlike themselves. Its quite understandable really and I have a lot of pity for them.
And its a shame because a lot of the intelligent people in America who do speak their own mind and want to experience new people and new places get ridiculed by the disproportionately large number of stupid, ignorant people in that country.
